Your project calls for 60sqm of a specific finish for a feature wall. Your purchase order, however, requires 300sqm. That leaves 240sqm of material you don’t need—tying up capital, occupying warehouse space, adding freight weight, and often ending up as discounted disposal after project completion.

Year-end orders are in progress—UV boards and carbon crystal panels moving through the line in large batches. Our nesting software optimizes every full-sized panel cut, identifying usable offcuts from edge areas that would otherwise go to waste.
We’re not opening a separate line for small orders. We’re utilizing existing capacity within our regular production run to cut your required dimensions at near-wholesale cost. You pay for what your project actually needs.
Material-Specific Processing – No Shortcuts
Both panel types follow the same processing standards as our full-container orders:
UV Boards: Automatic edge-sealing after cutting to prevent moisture penetration. Diamond-tipped tools ensure clean cuts without chipping.
Carbon Crystal Panels: Low-temperature cutting to avoid micro-cracks. Immediate re-lamination after cutting protects the anti-fingerprint surface.
Each Mix & Match order is individually labeled by finish and installation zone—clear marking for your crew on-site, no extra sorting time.
